DELIVERY
A NOTE ON U.S. SHIPPING:
Please be aware that orders shipped to the United States may encounter delays during customs processing. As we ship from our international warehouse, some packages may require additional time to clear customs before their final delivery.
- Rest assured, your package is still on its way and will arrive as soon as possible.
- If your order is held up, we are actively working with the necessary parties to expedite its release.
- You will not be responsible for any unexpected duties or import fees. if this happens, please contact us immediately.

PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow a few days for the courier’s tracking to update.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

- Shipping Fee: $10 flat rate
- Free Shipping: On all orders over $150

- Delays: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs processing, or courier delays.
- Free Shipping: The free shipping threshold applies to your order total after any discounts have been applied.
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, here’s how we can help:
- Re-Delivery: In some cases, we can coordinate with the courier to schedule a new delivery attempt, depending on their specific policies.
- Additional Fees: If the failed delivery is due to reasons within your control (e.g., incorrect address, no one available to receive the package), any re-delivery fees charged by the courier may be passed on to you.
- Your Responsibility: To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure your shipping details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package on the estimated delivery date.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note that it may take 1-3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Size or Color Changes:
If you need to adjust the size or color of an item, please email us immediately at support@reveal-community.com. We can only accommodate changes before your order has been fulfilled. Once an order is processed and shipped, no modifications can be made. -
Order Cancellations:
Please note that all sales are considered final once the order is confirmed. We are unable to process cancellations after this point.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

14-Day Eligibility Window:
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of your delivery date by contacting us at support@reveal-community.com. Any requests submitted after this 14-day period will not be accepted. -
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. - Refund Method: All approved returns are issued via Reveni.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT EXCLUSIONS
The following items are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:
- Collaboration items
- Limited edition releases
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@reveal-community.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please report the issue within 14 days of the delivery confirmation. Reveal is not liable for lost or stolen packages where the shipping address was entered correctly at checkout. We recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure.
